An easy walk between the Louvre and the Seine became the next part of their Paris session.

We let the city guide us further, moving toward the Louvre. By the time we arrived there, the day felt lighter. The open space has a way of making people breathe differently.

Diana would stop to fix a strand of hair, Samuel would wait half a second longer than necessary and those in-between pauses ended up being my favorite moments. They were comfortable enough to take their time, which is rarer than people think.

Pont Alexandre III came almost by surprise. The bridge always feels a little theatrical, but somehow they made it feel simple by simply walking, talking, or occasionally laughing at nothing in particular. We told ourselves “just a few more frames,” which, of course, turned into a few more minutes. Paris can have this effect on people.
